  El presente estudio tuvo por objetivo desarrollar un análisis tributario a los contribuyentes pertenecientes al régimen impositivo para emprendedores RIMPE, mediante la determinación de debilidades e impactos sobre la economía local, para el fortalecimiento de la cultura tributaria en el cantón Cayambe, la metodología utilizada tuvo una modalidad mixta lo cual permitió hacer uso de métodos y técnicas propicios para la consecución del objetivo del trabajo, por tanto, para la recolección de datos se utilizó una encuesta, la misma que fue aplicada a los emprendedores de Cayambe, considerando la información proporcionada por el GAD Municipal. La investigación reveló que la implementación del Régimen Impositivo para Emprendedores ha sido un desafío para los microempresarios del cantón Cayambe. Estos emprendedores se enfrentan a importantes responsabilidades al formar parte de este régimen, y uno de los factores que afecta la continuidad y el éxito de las empresas es la imposición de políticas y reformas constantes que han impactado negativamente en la rentabilidad de los contribuyentes.

  The objective of this study was to develop a tax analysis for taxpayers belonging to the RIMPE tax regime for entrepreneurs, by determining weaknesses and impacts on the local economy, to strengthen the tax culture in the Cayambe canton, the methodology used had a mixed modality which allowed the use of methods and techniques conducive to achieving the objective of the work, therefore, a survey was used to collect data, which was applied to the entrepreneurs of Cayambe, considering the information provided by the Municipal GAD. The investigation revealed that the implementation of the Tax Regime for Entrepreneurs has been a challenge for microentrepreneurs in the Cayambe canton. These entrepreneurs face important responsibilities when being part of this regime, and one of the factors that affects the continuity and success of the companies is the imposition of constant policies and reforms that have negatively impacted the profitability of taxpayers.
