    Actualmente las comunidades campesinas y nativas son vulnerables ante la sociedad y el estado, al ser marginados en cuanto a los beneficios que brinda para una calidad de vida idónea, siendo estas comunidades las que protegen los bosques y sus tradiciones culturales que poseen, para ello el presente estudio tiene por objetivo determinar cómo influye el empoderamiento de comunidades Campesinas y Nativas en la región Cajamarca. Utilizando un enfoque de investigación cualitativo, y el escenario de estudio la Región Cajamarca. Para lo cual se obtuvo como resultados que estas comunidades oriundas cuentan con sus propias tradiciones y costumbres autóctonas de estas zonas del mismo modo los comuneros realizan la conservación de sus tradiciones como patrimonio cultural; por otro lado, estas comunidades vienen realizando capacitaciones a su población con la finalidad de mejorar la calidad de vida de sus ciudadanos.

Using a qualitative research approach, and the study scenario the Cajamarca Region. For which it was obtained as results that these native communities have their own traditions and autochthonous customs of these areas in the same way the community members carry out the conservation of their traditions as cultural heritage; On the other hand, these communities have been conducting training for their population in order to improve the quality of life of their citizens.
