  La gestión de la ética educativa, constituye la práctica de determinadas funciones para promover el logro de los objetivos planeados que encarna educar para la vida en convivencia y hacia la búsqueda del bien común. El objetivo del presente estudio fue realizar un análisis reflexivo acerca de la gestión de la ética como valor de la organización educativa. La metodología fue descriptiva y documental. La búsqueda de información realizó a través de la web en páginas de naturaleza académica y científica. La sistematización de los datos se efectuó mediante la técnica de análisis de contenido. Las reflexiones apuntan al hecho de que la gestión de la ética en las organizaciones educativas en un entorno globalizado, cambiante y fuertemente permeado por la presencia de la tecnología, se manifiesta cada vez más importante, por la significativa contribución que puede hacer en la formación de ciudadanos consustanciados con comportamientos respetuosos, transparentes, honestos que privilegien la convivencia y el bien común. En este sentido, los líderes de las instituciones educativas tienen la gran responsabilidad de fomentar en un camino cooperativo de construcción colectiva, buenos estándares de conducta en la organización y los grupos de personas bajo su cargo orientados a construcción de una nueva y mejor realidad para todos.

  The management of educational ethics, constitutes the practice of certain functions to promote the achievement of the planned objectives that embodies educating for life in coexistence and towards the search for the common good. The objective of this study was to carry out a reflective analysis about the management of ethics as a value of the educational organization. The methodology was descriptive and documentary. The search for information was carried out through the web in pages of an academic and scientific nature. The systematization of the data was carried out using the content analysis technique. The reflections point to the fact that the management of ethics in educational organizations in a globalized, changing environment and strongly permeated by the presence of technology, becomes increasingly important, due to the significant contribution it can make in the formation of citizens consubstantiated with respectful, transparent, honest behaviors that favor coexistence and the common good. In this sense, the leaders of educational institutions have the great responsibility of promoting, in a cooperative path of collective construction, good standards of conduct in the organization and the groups of people under their charge, oriented towards the construction of a new and better reality for all.
