Resumen de El buen desempeño docente hacia el éxito en la educación

  El propósito del presente artículo es fundamentar el éxito de la educación desde la dimensión personal y profesional de los docentes, ya que según el desempeño que demuestren en sus actividades diarias dentro de la acción educativa con los estudiantes, podrán promover la construcción de aprendizajes e identificar qué tanto han avanzado y lo que les falta para alcanzar las metas propuestas. La reflexión se ha formulado teniendo en cuenta la enseñanza para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes y la permanente evaluación formativa del aprendizaje, a fin de poder tomar decisiones sobre lo observado y consecuentemente retroalimentar respetando ritmos de aprendizaje, individualidades y la diversidad del contexto. Es determinante que como docentes se conozca las características del desarrollo de los estudiantes que se atiende y se brinde a cada estudiante lo que requiere ya que no todos son iguales, el docente que planifica su labor educativa priorizando los intereses y necesidades de aprendizaje de los estudiantes obtiene gratos resultados en sus estudiantes al alcanzar el desarrollo de las competencias que le corresponde de acuerdo a la edad, los estudiantes construyen aprendizajes significativos para la vida, actúan con autonomía y son capaces de dar solución a los problemas que se les pueda presentar. Los resultados de la búsqueda de la información muestran que un buen desempeño docente contribuye al éxito en la educación.

  The purpose of this article is to base the success of education from the personal and professional dimension of teachers, since according to the performance they demonstrate in their daily activities within the educational action with students, they will be able to promote the construction of learning and identify how far they have progressed and what they need to achieve the proposed goals. The reflection has been formulated taking into account the teaching for student learning and the permanent formative evaluation of learning, in order to be able to make decisions about what is observed and consequently provide feedback respecting learning rhythms, individualities and the diversity of the context. It is decisive that as teachers, the characteristics of the development of the students that are attended to are known and that each student is provided with what they require since not all are the same, the teacher who plans their educational work prioritizing the interests and learning needs of the students obtains pleasant results in its students by reaching the development of the competences that corresponds to them according to age, students build significant learning for life, act with autonomy and are capable of solving problems that may arise.

  The results of the search for information show that good teacher performance contributes to success in education.
