Resumen de La práctica de valores: Una estrategia para fomentar el respeto a la diversidad

  La familia y la escuela son los pilares fundamentales donde los individuos desde la más temprana edad adquieren y desarrollan la competencia de aprender a valorar las diferencias que le permite desenvolverse adecuadamente en la sociedad heterogénea que caracteriza el mundo de hoy. En tal sentido, el objetivo de este ensayo consistió en analizar la práctica de valores como una estrategia para fomentar el respeto a la diversidad. La  metodología empleada en esta indagación se apoyó en una investigación de tipo documental, donde la recopilación de información se efectuó vía online en páginas de contenido académico relacionadas con la temática. La sistematización del contenido se llevó a cabo  por medio de una  lectura analítica y critica para llegar la conclusión de que la formación en el escenario familiar y la educación en el centro escolar deben colaborar estrechamente para que los más pequeños entiendan que viven en un contexto diverso y en consecuencia aprendan a valorar y respetar lo distinto, en el ideal de forjar el desarrollo de sociedades pacíficas, más justas, equitativas para todos y en este hecho mucho pueden ayudar la práctica de valores como una estrategia para fomentar el respeto a la diversidad.

  The family and the school are the fundamental pillars where individuals from an early age acquire and develop the competence to learn to value differences that allows them to function adequately in the heterogeneous society that characterizes the world today. In this sense, the objective of this essay was to analyze the practice of values as a strategy to promote respect for diversity. The methodology used in this investigation was supported by documentary-type research, where the collection of information was carried out online in academic content pages related to the subject.

  The systematization of the content was carried out through an analytical and critical reading to reach the conclusion that training in the family setting and education in the school center must collaborate closely so that the little ones understand that they live in a diverse context. and consequently learn to value and respect what is different, in the ideal of forging the development of peaceful, more just, equitable societies for all and in this fact the practice of values can help a lot as a strategy to promote respect for diversity.
