El presente artículo de revisión de literatura científica sobre la Competencia digital de los docentes de Educación Básica Regular de Chepén, tiene por objetivo realizar una búsqueda exhaustiva y rigurosa de fuentes teóricas y de antecedentes sobre competencias digitales que necesitan los docentes para garantizar el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en el contexto actual de la virtualidad.
Se realizó una investigación de tipo exploratorio, basada en la recopilación y revisión sistémica de documentos con la técnica del análisis documental. Está basado en investigaciones nacionales e internacionales de revistas indexadas como Scopus, Scielo, Dialnet y Redalyc. de los últimos 5 años, De las investigaciones recopiladas se consideró a 30 más relevantes que dieran respuesta al objetivo propuesto, como su concepción, importancia y trascendencia de la competencia digital docente para hacer frente a los retos del proceso educativo en el contexto actual.
Se concluyó que la competencia digital docente, son las actitudes y conocimientos de las TIC, que emplea el docente en su labor educativa siendo necesarias para desarrollar mejor el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.

This article, a review of scientific literature on the digital competence of teachers of Regular Basic Education in Chepén, aims to carry out an exhaustive and rigorous search of theoretical sources and background information on digital competences that teachers need to guarantee the teaching process. learning in the current context of virtuality.
An exploratory type of research was carried out, based on the collection and systematic review of documents with the documentary analysis technique. It is based on national and international research from indexed journals such as Scopus, Scielo, Dialnet and Redalyc. of the last 5 years, of the research collected, the 30 most relevant ones that responded to the proposed objective were considered, such as their conception, importance and transcendence of the digital teaching competence to face the challenges of the educational process in the current context.
It was concluded that the digital teaching competence, are the attitudes and knowledge of ICT, which the teacher uses in his educational work, being necessary to better develop the teachinglearning process.
