El trabajo analiza el régimen jurídico de los seguros obligatorios en el transporte terrestre de viajeros, colectivo, esto es, por ferrocarril y en autobús o autocar; y en vehículos de turismo, realizado en régimen de taxi y de arrendamiento de vehículos con conductor. En relación con este último, incide en el aseguramiento de la responsabilidad del transportista en los transportes prestados con la intervención de plataformas en línea.

his article analyses the legal regime of compulsory insurance for pas-senger transport by land, both collective, that is to say, by rail, bus or coach; and by passenger car, carried out by taxi and car rental with driver. Related with the latter, it emphasizes the insurance of the carrier’s liability in the transports carried out with the participation of online platforms.
