  El presente trabajo relaciona las actitudes y las creencias lingüísticas con la hipótesis de las teorías implícitas. Dado que esta propuesta permitiría explicar la manera en que se conforman las creencias y las actitudes lingüísticas, se podría entender por qué persiste la discriminación lingüística. Tras proponer que las creencias y las actitudes lingüísticas son parte de las teorías implícitas, sugerimos un conjunto de nociones lingüísticas que todo docente debe conocer para coadyuvar a que se destierre la discriminación lingüística.

  This paper relates linguistic attitudes and beliefs with the hypothesis of the implicit theories. Since this proposal would permit to explain how linguistic attitudes and beliefs are constituted in human beings, we would understand why linguistic discrimination persists. We propose that linguistic attitudes and beliefs are part of the implicit theories. Consequently, we suggest a set of linguistic notions that all professor might know to contribute to the eradication of linguistic discrimination.
