Actitudes de estudiantes de psicología frente al rol del psicólogo jurídico en procesos judiciales asociados a delitos de abuso sexual en la ciudad de Bogotá

    El abuso sexual infantil es una problemática muy presente en la actualidad, la cual ha ido creciendo a lo largo de los años, para intervenir frente a esta, se realiza un trabajo multidisciplinar donde se puede encontrar la psicología, específicamente la psicología jurídica, por tal razón, el objetivo de esta investigación se basa en analizar las actitudes que tienen los estudiantes de psicología frente al rol del psicólogo jurídico en procesos judiciales en casos de abuso sexual infantil en Bogotá. Del estudio participaron 14 estudiantes de psicología de pregrado y de posgrado que cursaron materias y especializaciones relacionadas con la psicología jurídica, de las universidades Konrad Lorenz, Iberoamericana y Luis Amigó.

    Para la realización de esta investigación se llevaron a cabo tres grupos focales que permitió recolectar la información necesaria para el desarrollo de ésta. En los resultados para analizar los datos de información se recurrió al apoyo del discurso a nivel semántico el cual consiste no solo en el análisis de las oratorias, sino que en los signos de diversa naturaleza que surgen del mismo, el cual incluye lenguajes corporales, culturales, históricos, que requieren ser interpretados de manera detallada. Llegando a la conclusión que la identificación y exploración de las diferentes categorías trabajadas en la investigación, permitió comprender que las actitudes que se tiene frente al rol del psicólogo jurídico ante casos de abuso sexual infantil.

    Child sexual abuse is a quite present problem nowadays, which has been growing over the years, to intervene against this, a multidisciplinary work is carried out where psychology can be found, specifically legal psychology, for such reason, the objective of this research is based on analyzing the attitudes that psychology students have towards the role of the legal psychologist in judicial processes in cases of child sexual abuse in Bogotá. Fourteen undergraduate and graduate psychology students participated in the study, who studied subjects and specializations related to legal psychology, from the universities Konrad Lorenz, Iberoamericana and Luis Amigó. In order to carry out this research, three focus groups were carried through that allowed collecting the necessary information for its development. In the results to analyze the information data, discourse support was used at a semantic level, which consists not only in the analysis of the oratory, but also in the signs of diverse nature that arise from it, which includes bodily, cultural languages, historical, which need to be interpreted in a detailed way. Reaching the conclusion that the identification and exploration of the different categories worked on in the research, allowed us to understand the attitudes that one has towards the role of the legal psychologist in cases of child sexual abuse.
