    En este artículo se analiza el impacto que tendrá la utilización de los Smart contracts con un enfoque de auditoría para grandes empresas en Colombia. Mediante entrevistas a 5 auditores de firmas multinacionales y a 5 colaboradores de grandes empresas y de diferentes industrias, se logró identificar las perspectivas que ellos tienen frente al blockchain y a los Smart contracts, obteniendo de este modo ciertas similitudes y diferencias desde ambas perspectivas. Asimismo, los resultados indican que las compañías que fueron entrevistadas están adoptando con mayor rapidez este tipo de tecnologías disruptivas en sus procesos. Igualmente, se pudo analizar los principales retos, entre ellos la falta de regulación de un contrato inteligente y completamente autoejecutable, se logró identificar los beneficios que traería consigo implementar estas tecnologías en las compañías como lo es la transparencia en la información proveniente de las operaciones diarias de las compañías.

    De igual forma, en el desarrollo del presente trabajo se pueden analizar ciertos cambios que habría a nivel de procedimientos de auditoría y el cambio en la mentalidad al que se verían enfrentados los profesionales de diferentes áreas en un ámbito empresarial.

    This work studies the impact that the use of Smart contracts will have, from an audit perspective, for large companies in Colombia. Through interviews with 5 auditors and employees from a wide range of companies, multinational firms and industries, it was possible to identify their point of view about blockchain and Smart contracts, thus obtaining certain similarities and differences from both perspectives.

    Likewise, the results show that the companies that were interviewed are rapidly adopting these types of disruptive technologies in their processes. Also, it was possible to analyze the main challenges they face, like the lack of regulation of a fully self-executing smart contract. Additionally, it was possible to identify the benefits the implementation of these technologies would bring to the companies, such as information transparency to their daily operation.

    On the other hand, during the development of this work we analyzed the changes that would occur to certain procedures at an audit level and the mindset change those professionals from different areas of the business would have to do.
