El pacto agrario, soberanía y seguridad alimentaria en adaptación al cambio climático

    El tema de este artículo corresponde al hecho histórico más importante en más de medio siglo en la historia de Colombia, no solamente por la firma del Acuerdo Final de Paz en Bogotá (2016), sino por la reconstrucción del sector agrícola del pequeño y mediano propietario en las regiones de Colombia. Aunque su ejecución está rodeada de grandes fisuras, dificultades y un recrudecimiento inesperado de la violencia contra la vida del campesino, el Pacto Agrario está inscrito en el marco de la Constitución Nacional, el Gobierno y el Estado. En respuesta a desafíos y alternativas del momento histórico, el habitante rural víctima del conflicto armado, cuenta con apoyo y asistencia técnica de centros de investigación de organismos internacionales en cooperación con entidades del sector agrícola nacional, ayudando al Gobierno a elaborar políticas de respuesta al cambio climático. Si bien existen impredecibles conflictos en torno a la restitución de tierras piedra angular en la reconstrucción del campo, también existe en los líderes sociales una profunda convicción y voluntad inquebrantable en impulsar el desarrollo agrícola en términos de soberanía y seguridad alimentaria.

    The theme of this article corresponds to the most important historical event in more than half a century in the history of Colombia, not only for the signing of the Final Peace Agreement in Bogotá (2016), but also for the reconstruction of the agricultural sector of the small and medium owner. in the regions of Colombia. Although its execution is surrounded by great fissures, difficulties and an unexpected upsurge of violence against the life of the peasant, the Agrarian Pact is inscribed within the framework of the National Constitution, the Government and the State. In response to challenges and alternatives of the historic moment, the rural inhabitant victim of the armed conflict, has support and technical assistance from research centers of international organizations in cooperation with entities of the national agricultural sector, helping the Government to develop policies to respond to change climate. While there are unpredictable conflicts over land restitution, the cornerstone in the reconstruction of the countryside, social leaders also have a deep conviction and unwavering will to promote agricultural development in terms of sovereignty and food security.
