    Se presenta el distributismo, propuesta económica y política de los intelectuales Gilbert Keith Chesterton y Hilaire Belloc, como una propuesta de tipo político, jurídico y económico compatible con la condición vulnerable del ser humano. Se realiza una caracterización de la condición vulnerable de la persona y se analizan algunos rasgos de la antropología subyacente al distributismo, para indicar cómo en esa antropología se tiene en cuenta la realidad vulnerable del ser humano. El artículo muestra que el distributismo y su aplicación al derecho resultan coherentes con la vulnerabilidad humana.

    Distributism, an economic and political proposal made by the intellectuals Gilbert Keith Chesterton and Hilaire Belloc, among others, is presented as a political, legal and economic proposal compatible with the vulnerable condition of the human being. First thing done in this reportis a characterization of the vulnerable condition of the person and analyze some of the underlying anthropology of the distribution, to indicate how this anthropology is based on the vulnerability of the human being. The article shows that distribution and its application are consistent with human vulnerability.
