  Se presenta aquí un comentario de algunas novedades principales de la nueva ley sobre la curia romana (19 de marzo de 2022) en lo que se refiere a la nomenclatura empleada, los principios que informan la organización de la actividad y las nuevas competencias distribuidas. El autor anota que las “instituciones” de la curia romana están al servicio del Papa, de los obispos en las Iglesias particulares, pero también de los fieles que son destinatarios de sus actividades de gobierno, docentes y caritativas.

  This text explores some of the main novelties in the new law governing the Roman Curia (19 March 2022) regarding nomenclature, the principles shaping the organization of its activity, and the revised distribution of competences. The author notes that the “institutions” of the Roman Curia are at the service of the Pope, of the bishops in particular Churches, but also of the faithful who benefit from such government, as well as their educational and charitable activities.
