Organização não-governamental e Estado: análise da produção científica nacional acerca desta parceria

    This article analyzed how the relationship between Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and State has been approached by national scientific production, due to the fact that NGOs have become an important organization for Brazilian civil society. The foundation of the work lies in the understanding of what the NGO is and how its relationship with the State emerged. Additionally, the importance of NGO networks is presented. The study is a qualitative investigation and the research instrument applied was the systematic review, thus, there was a bibliographic, analytical and critical survey of Brazilian academic production. For this, a bibliographic search was carried out on the digital portals of the journals: Scientific Electronic Library Online - Scielo - and Scientific Periodicals Electronic Library - SPELL, after filtering, 15 articles were selected. The results of the analysis indicate the occurrence of advances in the actions performed by the NGOs when they work together with other NGOs, the State or companies.

    O presente artigo analisou como a relação entre Organização Não-Governamental (ONG) e Estado tem sido abordada pela produção científica nacional, em razão das ONGs terem se tornando uma importante organização para a sociedade civil brasileira. A fundamentação do trabalho reside no entendimento do que é a ONG e de como sua relação com Estado emergiu. Adicionalmente, é apresentada a importância das redes de ONG. O estudo é uma investigação de natureza qualitativa e o instrumento de pesquisa aplicado foi à revisão sistemática, deste modo, ocorreu um levantamento bibliográfico, analítico e crítico da produção acadêmica brasileira. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica nos portais digitais dos periódicos: Scientific Electronic Library Online – Scielo - e Scientific Periodicals Electronic Library – SPELL, após a filtragem, 15 artigos foram selecionados. Os resultados da análise indicam a ocorrência de avanços nas ações desempenhadas pelas ONGs quando estas atuam em conjunto, com outras ONGs, Estado ou empresas.
