Estudio de medición del trabajo en Holguín y su influencia en el desarrollo del territorio

    La presente investigación constituye una muestra de los avances que se han alcanzado en cuanto a la vinculación ciencia-empresa, donde la universidad trabaja para responder a las necesidades del territorio, fortaleciendo los diálogos por ambas partes. El trabajo se desarrolló en una Planta de Helados ubicada en la provincia de Holguín, Cuba. En la misma se han reducido los niveles de producción diaria en el último trimestre del año 2020, presentado mayores dificultades el área de producción. Para el desarrollo de la misma se emplearon como técnicas y herramientas, el muestreo de observaciones instantáneas, cronometraje, la fotografía individual, la entrevista y el software MedTrab. Además, como metodología el método general de solución de problemas. Como resultado del diagnóstico, se obtuvo que en el área de producción el aprovechamiento de la jornada laboral es de 83,75%, siendo desfavorable para el proceso productivo, donde influye en mayor medida el proceso de envasado, presentando las principales dificultades. En dicho proceso se comprobó que no había sido definida la norma de rendimiento y se manifiestan múltiples pérdidas de tiempo.  Por tales razones, a partir del estudio fue determinada la norma de rendimiento para el obrero envasador, siendo de 3245 potes de 450 ml en la jornada, fueron propuestas soluciones y proyectadas las acciones encaminadas a mejorar la situación actual en el área objeto de estudio.

    The present investigation constitutes a sample of the advances that have been achieved in terms of the science-business link, where the university works to respond to the needs of the territory, strengthening the dialogues on both sides. The work was carried out at an Ice Cream Plant, belonging to the province of Holguín, Cuba. In it, daily production levels have been reduced in the last quarter of 2020, presenting greater difficulties in the production area. For the development of the same, the sampling of instantaneous observations, timing, individual photography, the interview and the MedTrab software were used as techniques and tools. In addition, as a methodology, the general method of problem solving. As a result of the diagnosis, it was obtained that in the production area the use of the working day is 83.75%, being unfavorable for the production process, where the packaging process has a greater influence, presenting the main difficulties. In this process it was found that the performance standard had not been defined and multiple losses of time were manifested. For these reasons, based on the study, the performance standard for the packing worker was determined, being 3,245 pots of 450 ml per day, solutions were proposed and actions aimed at improving the current situation in the area under study were projected.
