  The environmental evaluation of the construction of a building can be raised in the set of stages that form its service life. In this way, all the stages from the conception until the demolition going through the construction and the use of the building can display indicators which are able to measure the environmental impact of the building.

  The aim of this methodology is to minimise the damage suffered by the environment as a consecuence the use of natural resources, energy, water and machines in the building all over its life cycle. In this papeer some possibilites are given to achieve this objective such as using ecological materials, making the most of natural energy or managing wastes properly.

  Edifizio baten eraikuntzaren ingurumen inpaktuaren ebaluazioa, edifizioaren bizitza zikoa osatzen duten etapetan plantea daiteke. Modu honetan etapa guztiek diseinutik hasita, berrintegrazioraino, eraikuntza eta erabileratik pasatuz, ingurumen inpaktua neurtzeko gai diren adierazleak aurkez ditzakete.

  Metodologia honen helburua, baliabide natural, energia, ura eta makinen erabileraren ondorioz ingurumenak jasaten duen kaltea minimizatzea da. Artikulu honetan, helburu hau lortzeko aukera batzuk ematen dira, estae baterako, materiale ekologikoen erabilpena, energia naturalari ahalik eta etekin gehien ateratzea edo hondakinak era egokian kudeatzea.
