    En el presente trabajo se analiza la incorporación de la perspectiva de género en las normas de Derecho internacional Privado (DIPr) de fuente interna y convencional del derecho argentino. Se persigue indagar acerca del lenguaje utilizado en las normas a fin de determinar la incorporación de la perspectiva de género en la regulación normativa.

    The following paper considers the introduction of the gender perspective in the Argentine Private International Law of internal and conventional sources. It aims to inquire about the language used in the norms in order to determine the introduction of the gender perspective in the normative regulation.
