Resumen de Reflexiones sobre la arquitectura y la vivienda social

  El siguiente escrito pretende responder cuestionamientos planteados, desde la perspectiva como arquitectas, y en virtud de las experiencias y preocupaciones referente a la arquitectura. El objetivo del presente estudio se centra brindar reflexiones acerca de qué es la arquitectura desde la visión como elemento fundamental desde el origen del hombre y qué hacer con la arquitectura partiendo de los elementos para concebir un espacio y finalmente, tiene como finalidad el establecer qué hace la arquitectura por el hombre para satisfacer la necesidad básica de refugio y de habitabilidad de un espacio. El texto aborda cada interrogante por separado, a su vez durante el desarrollo de las mismas se generan entrecruzamiento de factores. El refugio, las formas de habitar y apropiación del espacio, las respuestas estatales ante la crisis de vivienda social son los términos que dan cuerpo al escrito. La reflexión final, presenta la opinión sobre que debería considerar la arquitectura hoy, en cuanto refiere a los sectores menos favorecidos de la sociedad. El análisis reflexivo permitió establece que, la arquitectura como refugio para el hombre, desde épocas remotas ha evolucionado la hasta llegar a la vivienda que hoy conocemos; en este transitar, se ha observado la fuerte división social con el nacimiento de poderes políticos; el común denominador de la vivienda de clases desfavorecidas, es la construcción de un espacio unitario como solución a áreas reducidas, usos flexibles, entre otros. Se concluye que, hacer arquitectura implica hábitat: en primera instancia es brindar refugio, esta condición es válida para las distintas clases sociales; luego, considerar las formas de habitar del grupo involucrado con sus particularidades y diferencias; después, la apropiación de este espacio por el usuario, sabiendo que éste varia en composición familiar y en el tiempo.

  The following writing aims to answer questions raised, from the perspective as architects, and by virtue of the experiences and concerns regarding architecture. The objective of this study is to provide reflections on what architecture is from the vision as a fundamental element since the origin of man and what to do with architecture starting from the elements to conceive a space and finally, its purpose is to establish what it does architecture by man to satisfy the basic need for shelter and habitability of a space. The text addresses each question separately; in turn, during their development, an intersection of factors is generated. Refuge, ways of living and appropriation of space, state responses to the social housing crisis are the terms that give substance to the writing.

  The final reflection presents the opinion on what architecture should consider today, as it relates to the less favored sectors of society. The reflective analysis allowed us to establish that architecture as a refuge for man has evolved since ancient times to reach the home we know today; In this journey, the strong social division has been observed with the birth of political powers; The common denominator of housing for disadvantaged classes is the construction of a unitary space as a solution to small areas, flexible uses, among others. It is concluded that making architecture implies habitat: in the first instance it is providing shelter, this condition is valid for different social classes; then, consider the ways of living of the group involved with their particularities and differences; then, the appropriation of this space by the user, knowing that it varies in family composition and over time.
