    Las enfermedades autoinmunes del tejido conectivo, abarcan un grupo de trastornos clínicos poligénicos, que presentan daño tisular en diferentes sistemas, llegando a presentar lesiones cutáneas; el presente articulo señala las principales enfermedades, con sus manifestaciones cutáneas, y los anticuerpos que estuvieron presentes en las mismas. Las Enfermedades del Tejido Conectivo (ETC) son entidades de baja prevalencia en la población general. Son de naturaleza inflamatoria y autoinmune, tienden a la cronicidad y al compromiso de muchos parénquimas, órganos y tejidos, dejando en ellos daño estructural y funcional. Un diagnóstico y tratamiento precoz permite cambiar su curso y muchas veces lograr remisión de los síntomas o molestias del paciente y previene complicaciones que pueden poner en riesgo su vida. Es por lo tanto de suma importancia tenerlas en mente y sospecharlas como entidades de enfermedad e iniciar un tratamiento oportuno.

    Autoimmune connective tissue diseases encompass a group of polygenic clinical disorders that present tissue damage in different systems, leading to skin lesions; This article points out the main diseases, with their skin manifestations, and the antibodies that were present in them. Connective Tissue Diseases (CTE) are entities with low prevalence in the general population. They are inflammatory and autoimmune in nature, they tend to become chronic and compromise many parenchymas, organs and tissues, leaving them with structural and functional damage. Early diagnosis and treatment allows the patient to change its course and often achieve remission of the patient's symptoms or discomfort and prevent complications that can put their life at risk. It is therefore of utmost importance to keep them in mind and suspect them as disease entities and initiate timely treatment.
