    El objetivo de la presente sección es analizar las principales novedades acaecidas en el ámbito social en la Unión Europea. Esto incluye no solamente el Derecho Social de la Unión en sentido estricto, como hart law, sino también otros hitos relevantes de tipo soft law, dada la relevancia que esta otra técnica regulatoria tiene en la Unión y especialmente en el ámbito social. Desde un punto de vista cronológico, nos detendremos en el trimestre inmediatamente anterior al número en curso. Así las cosas, el presente abarca el período entre junio y septiembre de 2023.

    The aim of this section is to analyze the main developments in the social field in the European Union. This includes not only the Social Law of the Union in the strict sense, as hart law, but also other relevant milestones of the soft law type, given the relevance that this other regulatory technique has in the Union and especially in the social field. From a chronological point of view, we will focus on the quarter immediately preceding the current issue. Thus, this issue covers the period between June and September 2023.
