Resumen de Apuntes sobre el derecho de huelga en la administración de justicia

Desde que comenzó este año 2023 las huelgas se están enseñoreando de los Juzgados y Tribunales. Terminan unas y empiezan otras. Esta realidad podemos analizarla desde muy diversos frentes. Yo voy a hacerlo centrándome en dos aspectos de la misma que, entiendo, son de interés por su carácter problemático. En primer lugar, quiénes pueden ejercer el derecho de huelga en la Justicia española. A continuación, abordaremos los efectos laborales que producen las huelgas en los sujetos de la Administración de Justicia y sus consecuencias.

Since the beginning of the year 2023, strikes are taking over the Courts and Tribunals. Some end and others begin. This reality can be analyzed from many different fronts. I am going to do so by focusing on two aspects of it which, I understand, are of interest due to their problematic nature. Firstly, who can exercise the right to strike in the Spanish justice system. Next, we will deal with the labor effects of strikes on the subjects of the Administration of Justice and their consequences.
