Resumen de Pierre Laffitte e as tendências sociais do positivismo

This article seeks to analyze the social trends of positivism from the perspective that Pierre Laffitte and his group, especially those linked to the Circle of Positivist Workers, gave to the doctrine created by Auguste Comte. It is based on a wide documentary source, mainly texts by the referred authors and on the critical-historical analysis of this material. The results show huge disputes within what was conventionally called laffittism, with considerable divergences in relation to historical positivism, as among unionists.

Este artigo busca analisar as tendências sociais do positivismo a partir do encaminhamento que Pierre Laffitte e seu grupo, mormente aqueles ligados ao Círculo dos Operários Positivistas, deram à doutrina criada por Auguste Comte. Está baseado em ampla fonte documental, sobretudo textos dos referidos autores e na análise crítico-histórica deste material. Os resultados mostram enormes disputas no interior do que se convencionou chamar laffittismo, com consideráveis divergências em relação ao positivismo histórico, como entre os sindicalistas.
