    La nueva Ley del Deporte contempla la figura del consejero independiente representante de la afición como sistema para permitir la participación de ésta en la gestión y toma de decisiones de un club con forma de Sociedad Anónima Deportiva. La regulación persigue ejecutar uno de los más recientes principios inspiradores del modelo de deporte europeo pero presente graves dudas y defectos técnicos, pendientes de su solución a través del desarrollo reglamentario pendiente.

    The new Sports Law regulates the figure of the independent director representing the fans as a system to allow their participation in the management and decision-making of a club in the form of a Sports Public Limited Company. The regulation seeks to implement one of the most recent inspiring principles of the European sports model but presents serious doubts and technical defects, pending solution through a future regulatory development.
