    El autor analiza el proyecto de Proyecto de Decreto Foral por el que se aprueba el Reglamento General de los Juegos y Apuestas de la Comunidad Foral de Navarra en comparación a las normativas existentes en otras Comunidades y haciendo hincapié en las novedades que incorpora respecto al actual status jurídico de esta Comunidad y el debate producido sobre ellas en el correspondiente proceso de información pública.

    The author analyzes the draft Regional Decree Project approving the General Regulation of Gambling and Betting of the Regional Community of Navarra in comparison to the existing regulations in other Communities and emphasizing the new features that it incorporates with respect to the current status legal of this Community and the debate produced about them in the corresponding public information process.
