Reflexiones Teóricas sobre Educación Propia y los Resultados de Pruebas Saber11° entre la Comunidad Étnica Wayuu y la Población Mayoritaria en Colombia

    El artículo tiene como propósito presentar reflexiones teóricas desde el contexto colombiano, sobre la educación propia y los resultados de las pruebas Saber 11° entre la comunidad étnica wayuu y la población mayoritaria del municipio de Riohacha. Se realizó una investigación documental, indagando fuentes primarias y secundarias en buscadores como: Scopus, Redalyc, Scielo, Latindex, Google académico; haciéndose un arqueo bibliográfico de artículos científicos disponibles, obteniéndose como resultado una visión teórica de diversos autores que sustentan las categorías de análisis estudiada como educación propia y Wayuu, normativa curricular para la etnoeducación en Colombia, y las pruebas Saber 11. Como conclusión se puntualiza que en los resultados de las pruebas Saber 11° se manifiesta una brecha importante representada con un menor desempeño académico de los estudiantes étnicos en comparación con sus pares no étnicos.

    The purpose of the article is to present theoretical reflections from the Colombian context, on one's own education and the results of the Saber 11° tests between the Wayuu ethnic community and the majority population of the municipality of Riohacha. Documentary research was carried out, investigating primary and secondary sources in search engines such as: Scopus, Redalyc, Scielo, Latindex, Google academic; A bibliographical survey of available scientific articles was carried out, resulting in a theoretical vision of various authors that support the categories of analysis studied such as self-education and Wayuu, curricular regulations for ethno-education in Colombia, and the Saber 11 tests. In conclusion, it is pointed out that in the results of the Saber 11th tests, an important gap is manifested, represented by a lower academic performance of ethnic students compared to their non-ethnic peers.
