Resumen de An organizational framework for cross‐cultural communication
This study presents a basic, bi‐level classification system of the literature of cross‐cultural communication, based on an examination of the literature of this relatively new area of communication scholarship. For each category of the suggested classification system, representative studies are provided. Since the system is derived from studies in current use, rather than from theoretical speculation, it should be of greater practical value to communication scholarship.
