O estágio supervisionado e a formação do futuro delegado de polícia: análise do programa de estágio no âmbito da Polícia Civil do Estado da Paraíba

    This work aims to show the practice of the supervised internship and its relevance in the training process of the future Police commissioner, notably the supervised internship program of the Civil Police of the State of Paraíba. The issue consists of identifying the extent to which the supervised internship program in the Civil Police of Paraíba contributes to the formation of the future Police commissioner as a strategy of professionalization to the teaching-learning process of the undergraduate students in Law. The general objective of the research is to analyze the supervised internship program of the Paraíba Civil Police in the formation of the future Police commissioner. The justification for this work is based on the analysis of the Paraíba Civil Police's internship program, disciplined by Normative Instruction 01/2015, in order to contribute to its improvement and, by making possible the academic debate, the said program can serve as a parameter for implementation in other states. It was verified the innovative and relevant character of the supervised internship program in the scope of the Civil Police of the State of Paraíba, as a strategy of professionalization to the teaching-learning process for undergraduate students of the Law course, with a view to the formation of the future Police commissioner.

    O trabalho aborda a prática do estágio supervisionado e a sua relevância no processo de formação do futuro Delegado de Polícia, notadamente o programa de estágio supervisionado da Polícia Civil do Estado da Paraíba. Busca-se identificar em que medida o programa de estágio supervisionado na Polícia Civil da Paraíba contribui para a formação do futuro Delegado de Polícia, como estratégia de profissionalização complementar ao processo de ensino-aprendizagem dos alunos do curso de graduação em Direito. O objetivo da pesquisa é analisar o programa de estágio supervisionado da Polícia Civil da Paraíba, por meio do estudo da Instrução Normativa 01/2015, de forma a contribuir para o seu aperfeiçoamento. Constatou-se o caráter inovador e relevante do programa de estágio supervisionado no âmbito da Polícia Civil do Estado da Paraíba, como estratégia de profissionalização complementar ao processo de ensino-aprendizagem para alunos da graduação em Direito, com vistas à formação dos futuros Delegados de Polícia.
