  • Resumen
    • Crowdinvesting digital platforms represent an alternative financing opportunity of growing importance, which is hindered by the legislative fragmentation of the phenomenon among the EU Member States. To boost the crossborder provision of crowdfunding services among the EU market players, the EU Institutions adopted Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, implemented in Italy through Legislative Decree 10 March 2023 No 30, entered into force on 8 April 2023. This contribution purports to provide a brief overview of the legal framework on crowdinvesting platforms, focusing on the emerging private international law issues relevant to market players domiciled or habitually resident in Italy
