Río de la plata en el mundo hispánico en el ntiguo Régimen

    Se propone una lectura de la historia regional rioplatense entre los años 1580 y 1720 en función de su pertenencia a la estructura soberana hegemónica en Occidente. Para ello, se toman como eje los Acuerdos del Cabildo de Buenos Aires para observar la formación y defensa de derechos por parte del grupo dominante local sobre los recursos económicos al calor de sus relaciones con otras ciudades, la Corte y la Monarquía Portuguesa. Se propone que la cuota de poder que alcanzan los rioplatenses dentro de la Monarquía Hispánica incide en el rumbo de su hegemonía, así como que los rioplatenses rápidamente se irguieron en tanto que grupo de poder territorial gracias a esa hegemonía que ayudan a mantener.

    A reading of the Río de la Plata regional history between 1580 and the 1720s is proposed based on its belonging to the hegemonic sovereign structure in the West. To do this, the Acuerdos of the Cabildo of Buenos Aires are taken as an axis to observe the formation and defense of rights by the local dominant group over economic resources at the same time as their relations with other cities, the Court and the Portuguese Monarchy. It is proposed that the share of power reached by the people from the Río de la Plata within the Hispanic Monarchy affects the course of their hegemony, as well as that the people from the River Plate quickly rose as a group of territorial power thanks to that hegemony that they help to maintain.
