La Implementación del BIM en el Estudio fue evolucionando en los últimos 15 años; llegando aobtener resultados que superaron las expectativas de Comitentes y Estudio. El propósito deesta presentación es contar la experiencia del Estudio de arquitectura y su Metodología paralograr el insoslayable cambio al sistema BIM. La resistencia al cambio de Comitentes;Empresas Constructoras y Asesorías; obligó al estudio a encontrar un lenguaje decomunicación para implementar el sistema BIM.Las nuevas maneras de comunicar el modelo BIM; con la capacidad de recorrerlo y modificarloen tiempo real se impone con contundencia; despertando un profundo interés en los distintosasesores; inversores; desarrolladores; diseñadores y futuros usuarios. Para la comunicacióncon el entorno de trabajo el Estudio se mantuvo actualizado incorporando las últimas versionesde todos los programas y tecnologías de apoyo al BIM. El cambio de Sistema está en evoluciónconstante en todas las áreas de trabajo.Los beneficios del sistema BIM comunicados al entorno de trabajo han cambiado la historia delEstudio y sus Comitentes.

The implementation of BIM in our Office was evolving in the last 15 years; reaching results thatexceeded the expectations of the clients and our office. The purpose of this presentation is totell the experience of our architecture office and its Methodology to achieve the unavoidablechange to the BIM system. The resistance to change of Committees; Construction Companiesand Consultancies; forced the office to find a communication language to implement the BIMsystem.For this the office was organized internally with a team of 6 architects working collaboratively.For communication with the work environment in the office; it was kept up-to-date byincorporating the latest versions of all the programs and technologies supporting the BIM. Thechange of System is in constant evolution.The benefits of the BIM system communicated to the work environment have changed thehistory of our office and its Committees.
