    El análisis de los requisitos BIM en las licitaciones públicas debe representar una actividadcontinua; no focalizada en un corto periodo de tiempo; ya que la metodología BIM; y suinclusión en las licitaciones; está en constante evolución y profundización. De esta forma; apartir de la iniciativa es.BIM; se creó en 2017 el Observatorio de Concursos Públicos con unadoble función: verificar el avance de la inclusión de los requisitos BIM en las licitacionespúblicas españolas; a través de un seguimiento mensual del número de licitaciones públicasincluyendo los requisitos BIM categorizados por tipo de licitación y licitador; fase de ciclo devida y muchos otros; y analizar de qué manera se incluye a BIM en estas licitaciones a travésde indicadores establecidos. La importancia del Observatorio es.BIM es ser un indicador de lademanda; evaluar la madurez de las agencias licitadoras y lanzar iniciativas informativas paracorregir las malas prácticas en la introducción de los requisitos de BIM en el proceso delicitación.

    The analysis of the BIM requirements in public tenders must represent a continuous activity; notfocused in a short period of time; as BIM methodology; and its inclusion in tenders; is inconstant evolution and deepening. In this way; from the es.BIM initiative; the Observatory forPublic Tender was created in 2017 with a double function: verify the progress of the inclusion ofBIM requirements in Spanish public bidding; throughout a monthly tracking of the number ofpublic tenders including BIM requirements categorized by type of tender and tenderer; life cyclephase and many others; and analyse in which way BIM is included in these tenders through anestablished indicators. The significance of the es.BIM Observatory is to be a demand indicator;evaluate the BIM maturity of the tenderer agencies and launch informative initiatives to correctmalpractices in the introduction of BIM requirements in the bidding process.
