    El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo el análisis del impacto que la nueva regulación sobre plataformas digitales ha generado. En concreto se pretende analizar la existencia de un hipotético deber de supervisión a cargo de las plataformas en relación con el contenido almacenado por los usuarios, así como la responsabilidad de dichas plataformas por el contenido ilegal alojado en las mismas por los usuarios. Finalmente, el trabajo aborda el estudio de los deberes complementarios impuestos por el Reglamento de Servicios Digitales (DSA) a las plataformas que trata de impedir el mantenimiento de contenidos de carácter ilícito a disposición del público en general.

    The purpose of this paper is to study the responsibility of digital platforms and, specifically, the impact that the new regulation that the Regulation on Digital Services, known as the Digital Services Act (DSA). The work begins by analyzing the characterization of online platforms and the applicable regulatory framework. In this regard, the paper studies the existence of a hypothetical duty of supervision in charge of the platforms in relation to the content stored by users, as well as the responsibility of said platforms for the illegal content hosted on them by users. Finally, the work addresses the study of the complementary duties imposed by the Digital Services Regulation (DSA).
