    En este trabajo quedan patentes los retos a cumplir, tanto a nivel educativo como legislativo, con respeto a los principios éticos que se deben tener en cuenta, en un contexto centrado en el respeto de los derechos humanos, atendiendo a las directrices éticas, de la Comunidad Europea y otros organismos internacionales.Se indican las recomendaciones de conducta deseable y responsable con el uso de la IA, procurando definir unos conceptos claros que les permitan a los juristas e ingenieros trabajar en sus ámbitos.La aplicación de la IA en el ámbito de la enseñanza debe tener en cuenta el contexto histórico de la educación en España, se indicaron algunos parámetros de evaluación.

    En aquest treball queden patents els reptes a complir, tant a nivell educatiu com legislatiu, respecte als principis ètics que s'han de tenir en compte, en un context centrat en el respecte dels drets humans, ateses les directrius ètiques, de la Comunitat Europea i altres organismes internacionals. S'indiquen les recomanacions de conducta desitjable i responsable amb l'ús de la IA, procurant definir uns conceptes clars que els permetin als juristes i enginyers treballar en els seus àmbits. L'aplicació de la IA en l'àmbit de l'ensenyament ha de tenir en compte el context històric de l'educació a Espanya, es van indicar alguns paràmetres d'avaluació.

    The purpose of this paper is to show the reader an international perspective on a comparative analysis of tax systems and constitutional systems, citing leading studies on constitutions and comparative tax-financial systems of Nordic, European and North American countries, to arrive at the analysis of constitutional systems, Latin American financial institutions, with emphasis on the paradigm of the new Chilean constitutional social law model, which includes the Chilean constitutional tax reform. In this work, the challenges to be met are clear, both at an educational and legislative level, with respect to the ethical principles that must be taken into account, in a context focused on respect for human rights, taking into account the ethical guidelines of the European Community and other international organizations.The recommendations for desirable and responsible conduct with the use of AI are indicated, trying to define clear concepts that allow lawyers and engineers to work in their fields.The application of AI in the field of education must take into account the historical context of education in Spain, some evaluation parameters were indicated.
