The convent of Santa Inés de Sevilla had great economic importance during the Middle Ages due to the extensive heritage it housed, largely from the initial donation that its founder, Mrs. María Coronel, made to it. Considering that during this historical period we are facing a mostly rural world, many of these properties were of this nature. Thus, based on the documentary catalog of the convent, it is intended to analyze its rural properties during the Middle Ages. To this end, a selection of documentation will be made based on the topics covered: training pathways, composition (typology, location, infrastructure) and exploitation systems.
