Competencia de las categorías nocionales en los estudiantes del último curso de la enseñanza no universitaria

  • The national categories -nouns, verbs, calificative adjectives and adverbsare not stored in the same way, because they show differences as far as the COU (last year of second education) students of Las Palmas of Gran Canaria are concerned; nouns and adverbs are memorized with greater ease, unlike adjectives and verbs. Nevertheless when the compositions of the Tenerife students in the same year are analized, we detect that the most used category is the noun, then the verb and finally the adjective and the adverb. Hence we reach the conclusion that there is no connection between the storing and production of these categories.
