Organización retórica de la sección resultados en artículos científicos de educación

    El artículo de investigación ha sido ampliamente estudiado, sin embargo, la sección Resultados en artículos de investigación ha recibido poca atención. En este sentido, se realiza un estudio exploratorio con el propósito de analizar desde el punto de vista retórico-lingüístico la sección Resultados en una selección de artículos de investigación en el área de Educación escrito en español. Para el logro de este propósito, se examinó un corpus de 21 artículos publicados en revistas indexadas, con base en el análisis de género (Swales, 1990, 2004) y las propuestas de organización retórica de los resultados (Brett, 1994; Nwogu, 1997; Yang y Allison, 2003; Kanoksilapatham, 2005). Los datos obtenidos indican que la sección resultados en artículos de investigación del área de educación está conformada por cinco movidas retóricas con sus respectivos pasos: MR1 ofrecer información preparatoria, MR2 replantear cuestiones metodológicas, MR3 justificar aspectos metodológicos, MR4 reportar los resultados y MR5 analizar los resultados.

    The research article has been widely studied,however, the Results section in research articles has received little attention despite its importance in the construction of knowledge and the difficulties observed in its elaboration. In this sense, an exploratory study is carried out with the purpose of analyzing from the rhetorical-linguistic point of view the Results section in a selection of research articles in the area of education in Spanish. To achieve this purpose, a corpus of 21 articles published in indexed journals was examined, based on gender analysis (Swales, 1990, 2004) and proposals for the rhetorical organization of the results (Brett, 1994; Nwogu, 1997; Yang and Allison, 2003; Kanoksilapatham, 2005). The data obtained indicate that the Results section in research articles in the area ofEducation is made up of five rhetorical moves with their respective steps: MR1 Offer preparatory information, MR2 Rethink methodological issues, MR3 Justify methodological aspects, MR4 Report the results and MR5 Comment on the results. One of the most important findings of this work is the identification of the mandatory step Reflection on the results (61.90%) not contemplated in other proposals that, in our opinion, seem to be where the greatest interdisciplinary variation is evident.
