En este trabajo se pretende estudiar las relaciones entre las regiones de la Unión Europea y América Latina y el Caribe a lo largo de los años para entender cómo deben estructurarse las cooperaciones de cara a un futuro próximo. Para ello, se tendrán en cuenta diversos procesos de integración, actores internacionales y herramientas económicas, destacándose la Nueva Agenda para las Relaciones entre la Unión Europea y América Latina y Caribe. Para ello, se utilizará un método de investigación de razonamiento deductivo con enfoque basado en los derechos humanos, lo que nos ha permitido alcanzar unas conclusiones.

This paper aims to study the relations between the EU and Latin America and the Caribbean regions over the years in order to understand how cooperation should be structured in the near future. To this end, various integration processes, international actors and economic tools will be taken into account, in particular the New Agenda for Relations between the European Union and Latin America and the Caribbean. To this end, a deductive reasoning research method with a human rights-based approach will be used, which has enabled us to reach conclusions
