El discurso jurídico es mucho más que el texto de la ley. Se compone de relatos, olvidos, ficciones y mitos que estabilizan el contenido de la “realidad” en un determinado tiempo y lugar. A partir de la noción de hegemonía, la corriente crítica nos invita a repensar las categorías desde las cuales abordar al derecho, dando cuenta de las operaciones del lenguaje que lo atraviesan. Este trabajo, desde el “olvido” del decreto de suspensión de aranceles universitarios, muestra como son operados los significantes del derecho en la construcción del imaginario social.

Legal discourse is much more than the text of the law. It is composed of stories, omissions, fictions and myths that stabilize “the reality" content at a certain time and place. From the notion of hegemony, the “critical legal studies” movement invites us to rethink the categories from which law is approached. Thus, this theory is focused on the operations of the language that constitute the law. From the "oblivion" of the executive order for the suspension of university fees, this work shows how law signifiers are operated in the construction of social imaginary.
