    La finalidad de este texto es realizar un análisis a la película Acción civil de Steven Zaillian, donde se muestra con detalle el complejo juego del derecho y los tribunales de justicia, que implica la codicia de los abogados, el egocentrismo de los acusados y la violación de los derechos. Se busca especificar cuáles serían las faltas a los derechos de los colombianos evidenciados en dicha película. Y llevando todo esto a cabo, se pretende incrementar el conocimiento no solo de la Constitución y de los derechos, sino también responder al siguiente interrogante: ¿cuántos derechos se violan en esta película para llegar al punto de demostrar un interés por analizarla frente a la Constitución de Colombia?.

    The purpose of this text is to carry out an analysis of Steven Zaillian's film Civil action, where the complex game of law and the courts of justice is shown in detail, which implies the greed of lawyers, the egocentrism of the accused and rape. of the rights. It seeks to specify what would be the violations of the rights of Colombians evidenced in said film. And by carrying out all this, it is intended to increase knowledge not only of the Constitution and rights, but also to answer the following question: how many rights are violated in this film to reach the point of showing an interest in analyzing it in front of the public?
