    The article presents the first critical edition of the poetic corpus (two ballads and a sonnet) attributed to Saladino by the manuscripts of early Italian literature. The edition is preceded by an introductory study which first questions the identity of the poet, providing new elements in favour of the possible Saladino’s Pisan origin. Secondly, the article illustrates the manuscript tradition and the poetic culture of the poet in which we can recognize traditional elements of Occitan and Sicilian derivation. In approaching the ballad as a genre, however, the author shows some innovative elements that anticipate the Stilnovist experience. The critical text is based on the analysis of the manuscript tradition as a whole and each text is followed by a commentary.

    L’article présente la première édition critique du corpus poétique (deux ballades et un sonnet) que les manuscrits de la littérature italienne des origines attribuent à Saladino. L’édition est précédée d’une étude introductive qui s’interroge d’abord sur l’identité du poète, en apportant de nouveaux éléments en faveur de la possible origine pisane de Saladino. L’article illustre ensuite la tradition manuscrite et la culture poétique du poète dans laquelle on peut reconnaître des éléments traditionnels de dérivation occitane et sicilienne. En abordant le genre de la ballade, cependant, l’auteur de cette contribution montre quelques éléments novateurs qui anticipent l’expérience stilnoviste. Le texte critique repose sur l’analyse de la tradition manuscrite dans son ensemble et chaque texte est suivi d’un commentaire.
