Los diversos avatares históricos, cambios de gusto y también de devociones han llevado a la modificación o desaparición de numerosos retablos de la ciudad. En las próximas páginas nos proponemos reconstruir virtualmente alguno de estos retablos que aún se conservan, volviendo a juntar las esculturas o pinturas con las arquitecturas para las que fueron concebidos.

The various historical avatars, changes in tastes and devotions have led to the modification or disappearance of numerous altarpieces in the city. In the following pages we propose to reconstruct virtually some of these altarpieces that are still conserved, reuniting the sculptures or paintings with the architectures for which they were conceived.
