Resumen de Los espacios significativos para la socialización lingüística en el discurso de jóvenes mapuche. Un acercamiento desde la investigación cualitativa

  Este artículo tiene por objetivo caracterizar espacios significativos para la socialización en mapuzugun desde el discurso reflexivo de jóvenes mapuche que cursan estudios superiores en Temuco. En base a una revisión bibliográfica de estudios sociolingüísticos recientes se plantea la necesidad de incorporar elementos de la investigación cualitativa en el estudio de este fenómeno y una reformulación del concepto ámbitos de uso. Se caracterizan los siguientes espacios: comunidad, escuela, iglesia, casa familiar, universidad, hogar indígena, ciudad y campo. Se destaca el papel del hogar indígena en las dinámicas de identificación y socialización entre jóvenes universitarios.   Palabras clave. espacios significativos, socialización lingüística, jóvenes mapuche, mapuzugun.

  This article aims to characterize significant spaces for socialization in Mapuzugun from the reflective discourse of Mapuche youth who study higher education in Temuco. Based on a bibliographical review of recent sociolinguistic studies, there is a need to incorporate elements of qualitative research in the study of this phenomenon and a reformulation of the concept of domains of linguistic use. The following spaces are characterized: community, school, church, family home, university, residence hall, city and countryside. The role of the residence hall in the identification and socialization dynamics among indigenous undergraduate students is highlighted.
