  The seed fair held this year at Chacsinkín, Yucatán, a community where this process of exchange and celebration of milpa seeds began 20 years ago, is exposed with photogra-phs and a brief text. It refers to the background and organization of the fair, the actors involved, the ceremonies and the sequence of the event. The material comes from parti-cipatory observation of the authors at the seed fair.
