Los gastos y su impacto financiero en la microempresa comercial Manhidra

    Comercial Manhidra es una microempresa ubicada en la ciudad de Durán que se dedica a la comercialización de artículos de ferretería en general, repuestos para maquinarias pesadas y mangueras hidráulicas, siendo parte del mercado por más de quince años. Debido a la inexperiencia de su propietario, inicialmente todas sus actividades fueron realizadas de forma empírica, por lo cual a través de los años las operaciones pertenecientes al área contable – financiera y administrativa en general han sido descuidadas, lo que ha conllevado a realizar transacciones que no siguen los lineamientos adecuados que las normas tributarias y contables lo requieren. El propietario considera que no se les brinda un tratamiento adecuado a sus gastos ya que existen desembolsos de dinero que no han sido sustentados ni registrados, lo cual afectaría a su capital de trabajo y por ende al resultado del ejercicio económico de la organización, lo cual permite que no exista razonabilidad en sus estados financieros. Por tales motivos se realizó la investigación, teniendo como propósito realizar un análisis financiero de sus estados financieros de modo que se pueda determinar su situación económica en función a la información que se nos proporcionó.

    Comercial Manhidra is a small business located in the city of Duran that is dedicated to the sale of hardware items in general, spare parts for heavy machinery and hydraulic hoses, being part of the market for more than fifteen years. Due to the inexperience of its owner, initially all its activities were performed empirically, so over the years the operations belonging to the accounting and financial and administrative area in general have been neglected, which has led to transactions that they do not follow the adequate guidelines that the tax and accounting regulations require. The owner considers that they are not given adequate treatment for their expenses since there are disbursements of money that have not been supported or recorded, which would affect their working capital and therefore the result of the organization's financial year, which allows that there is no reasonableness in their financial statements. For these reasons, the investigation was conducted with the purpose of conducting a financial analysis of its financial statements so that its economic situation can be determined based on the information provided to us.
