Resumen de Turismo cultural: acessibilidade da infraestrutura física no Museu Etnográfico – Casa dos Açores, Biguaçu/SC, Brasil

  To develop tourism in an inclusive way for the host community and the visitor should be considered safe access and autonomous from both actors. The present article has the objective to analyze the accessibility of the physical infrastructure for tourists with reduced mobility and disabled who visit the Ethnographic Museum - Casa dos Açores (National Historical and Artistic Heritage) in town Biguaçu/SC, Brazil. Thus, one wonders how the museum that presents itself as a means of communication to this audience. Therefore, a bibliographical and documentary research was conducted on the themes: cultural tourism, historical and artistic heritage, museums and accessibility. Then, there was a technical site visit in order to see how the current situation is this museum, referring to access to this target audience. It was noted that the physical infrastructure is in good condition, but noted a number of deficiencies and to meet the diverse needs of the target audience in question. Thus, it is concluded that interventions should be made in infrastructure in order to provide this public greater access to this space, culture and information.

  Para desenvolver o turismo de forma inclusiva para a comunidade receptora e para o visitante deve-se considerar  o acesso seguro e autônomo de ambos os atores. O presente artigo tem por objetivo geral analisar a acessibilidade da infraestrutura física para turistas com mobilidade reduzida e com deficiência que visitam o Museu Etnográfico – Casa dos Açores (Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional) na cidade de Biguaçu/SC, Brasil. Desta forma, questiona-se como o referido museu se apresenta como meio de comunicação para este público. Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental acerca dos temas: turismo cultural, patrimônio histórico e artístico, museus e acessibilidade. Em seguida, foi feita uma visita técnica in loco com o intuito de observar como está a situação atual deste museu, referente à acessibilidade para este público-alvo. Notou-se que a infraestrutura física se encontra em boas condições, porém se observa uma série de carências para bem atender as necessidades diversas do público-alvo em questão. Com isso, conclui-se que devem ser feitas intervenções na infraestrutura, a fim de proporcionar a este público maior acesso a este espaço, à cultura e à informação.
