    La conducta de algunos docentes universitarios ante la presencia de la pandemia por el COVID-19, se tornó a un comportamiento indiferente al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, donde, por diferentes factores, estos docentes tuvieron que enfrentar una realidad que nunca antes habían vivido, tales como las clases vía on-line. En este sentido, esta investigación se apoya en lo conceptual en autores como: Gauna (2021), García (2021) y Garry (2017), para quienes la conducta displicente es un comportamiento propiamente del ser humano que actúa en sentido contrario de una relación humana óptima. Del mismo modo, este trabajo investigativo tiene como propósito comprender la sistematización de experiencias sobre la actitud displicente de los docentes del Programa Nacional de Formación Higiene y Seguridad Laboral (PNFHSL) de la Universidad Politécnica Territorial del Zulia (UPTZ) en tiempos de pandemia por el COVID-19.
