  El presente estudio hace algunas consideraciones sobre la lógica clásica en la construcción del conocimiento. Señala la lógica de la complejidad, el pensamiento complejo y los sistemas racionales, abiertos y complejos como adaptativos complejos, el orden, desorden, eventos, incidentes y ruidos. El proceso y contra procesos complejos y simples, en la construcción de conocimiento sobre la realidad.

  Estudios investigativos como los de Erdmann, Meirelles e Pradebon, indican caminos para aprender de la realidad organizacional del trabajo de enfermería, el ejercicio del pensamiento complejo en la incertidumbre, en los límites tenues, en la heterogeneidad, la diversidad y el pluralismo de los fenómenos en su apariencia, en las interacciones y asociaciones. La intersubjetividad señala una nueva concepción de espacialidad y de temporalidad. La configuración de un sistema de cuidados de enfermería visualiza variadas dimensiones del cuidado; el cuidar de sí, el cuidar de sí junto a otro, el ser cuidado por el otro, el sentir y el proceso del sistema personal de cuidado, y el cuidado con la naturaleza integrándose con los demás seres y sistemas sociales/naturales, fortaleciendo el sentimiento de pertenencia en busca de una mejor sobrevivencia, vitalidad, vida... civilidad humana.

  This study takes into account some condiderations about the classical logic when building knowledge. It states the logic of complexity, the complex thought and the rational, open and complex systems, as a new paradigm. In the light of the organization concept proposed by Morin, complex adaptative systems are emphasized, as wella s other terms such as order, disorder, incidental events and noises. The self-eco-organizer process, takes the human bieng thinking as starting point and as dynamizer of simple and complex processes in the construction of knowledge about reality.

  Some research studies such as those of Erdmann, Meirelles and Pradebon show some ways in which one con learn from the organizational reality of nursing, the exercise of complex thinking in uncertainty, in tenous limits, in heterogeneity, diversity and pluralism of phenomena in its aspect, interactions and associations. The intersubjectivity states a new concept of space and of temporality. The care system organization in nursing visualizes several dimensions of "caring": to care for himself, to care for himsel together wieth the other, to be lookes after by the other, to feel and the process of personal care system, the body itself as the nucleus of care, the fact of belonging to the system of multiple caring relations and the care for nature getting integrated to other beings and other social, natural systems, and in this way strengthen the feeling of ownership, in search of a better survival, vitality, life... human quality.
