    The globalization process has forced companies to seek creative alternatives that allow them to achieve sustainable competitive advantages, for this reason organizations have started to invest in the launch of new products and in the increase of the content of services, so, managing space and time, has become something vital for this competitiveness. Therefore, the main objective of this research was to analyze how the application and analysis of logistics indicators has become a creative solution for the better performance of distribution centers. To this end, the study brought an exploratory, descriptive and explanatory approach, using the technique of bibliographic research, complemented by field research, with data collected through qualitative interviews and participatory observations. As a main result, it was possible to watch the practice of applying and interpreting logistics indicators as a creative solution for the best performance of a distribution center, because when monitoring these indicators, managers start to obtain true information and data that assist in making decision-making, thus providing better logistics management and, consequently, saving space and time.

    O processo de globalização tem obrigado as empresas a buscarem alternativas criativas que lhes permitam conquistar vantagens competitivas sustentáveis, para isto as organizações passaram a investir no lançamento de novos produtos e no aumento do conteúdo de serviços, assim, administrar o espaço e tempo, se tornou algo vital para essa competitividade. Dessa forma, o objetivo geral desta pesquisa foi analisar como a aplicação e análise dos indicadores logísticos veem se tornando uma solução criativa para o melhor desempenho dos centros de distribuição. Para tanto, o estudo trouxe uma abordagem exploratória, descritiva e explicativa através do uso da técnica da pesquisa bibliográfica, complementada por pesquisa de campo, com dados coletados através de entrevista qualitativa e observações participativas. Como principal resultado, foi possível observar a prática da aplicação e interpretação dos indicadores logísticos como solução criativa para o melhor desempenho de um centro de distribuição pois ao monitorar esses indicadores, os gestores passam a obter informações e dados verídicos que auxiliam na tomada de decisões, proporcionando assim uma melhor gestão da logística e por consequência, a economia de espaço e tempo.
