  • The essay examines the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in workplaces, in particular retracing the lot of complex questions caused by the intersection between general precautionary measures, adopted to protect the entire population, and those specifically envisaged by the legislation for protection of health and safety in workplaces. The focus is on regulatory sources, and in particular the role assumed by collective autonomy, and the concrete effects on employment contracts, with specific reference to the delicate issue of mandatory vaccination
