Resumen de Procedimiento para perfeccionar el análisis económico financiero en la sucursal 7481 BANDEC Granma

  La presente investigación, tiene como objetivo diseñar, en la entidad antes mencionada, un procedimiento dirigido a perfeccionar el análisis económico financiero. Para el desarrollo del mismo se aplicaron métodos y técnicas que permitieron profundizar en el problema planteado y arribar a conclusiones debidamente fundamentadas. La investigación se estructuró en tres capítulos y en un primer momento se expusieron los criterios autorales de mayor relevancia sobre la gestión financiera, su importancia, relación con el Análisis Económico Financiero y particularidades en las Instituciones Financieras Bancarias cubanas. En una segunda parte, se expuso el procedimiento para perfeccionar el análisis económico financiero partiendo de la caracterización de la entidad con énfasis en las particularidades de la actividad que realiza y su organización. Para finalizar, se demostró la factibilidad del procedimiento propuesto a partir de su aplicación en la Sucursal objeto de estudio. Entre las conclusiones se estableció que la gestión financiera operativa es un aspecto de vital importancia dentro de la actividad bancaria cubana y en ella juega un papel preponderante un correcto análisis económico financiero, para mejorar el proceso de toma de decisiones y lograr una gestión financiera eficiente. Finalmente, se definieron un conjunto de recomendaciones válidas para aplicar y perfeccionar dicho procedimiento.
